Shipping and Delivery
IRTPL doesn't levy any delivery and handling fees and taxes from the customers, except for Express delivery and for exception cases which require delivery more distance than prescribed. IRTPL endeavors to fulfill orders on time, but the actual delivery time may differ from the delivery time stated at the time of placing the order. Delivery delays will be communicated by IRTPL.IRTPL is currently delivering orders of the items listed on the Platform as (‘Item’) and providing various offers and discounts mentioned on the Platform only at select locations of Nagercoil city. All Products are subject to availability and we reserve the right to impose quantity limits on any order, to reject all or part of an order, and to discontinue Items without notice, even if you have already placed an order. We take care to accurately display the description, colors and images of our Items but, we cannot guarantee nor take responsibility for variations in pictorial representations for the Items and color variation due to technical reasons. Prices and descriptions of the Items are subject to change at any time without notice, at our sole discretion. We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification in price, suspension or discontinuance of the Items. The Platform allows you to place orders for Items in standard quantities and the price of each Item displayed on the Platform is also calculated on the basis of standard quantity of the Item. However, due to the nature of the Item there may be a variance between the quantity ordered and the quantity supplied. We will only charge you for the quantity of the Item that has been supplied to you. In case the quantity of the Item supplied to you is less than the quantity of Item ordered, any excess amounts paid by you shall be refunded to you. The mode of refund shall be as determined by IRTPL from time to time, such as, credit to Mimart wallet, Mimart’s ZAK Coin Wallet, or by crediting any other mobile wallet that you may use. In case the quantity of the Item supplied to you exceeds the quantity ordered by you, any additional amount due from you will be adjusted against your next order. The Items sold on the Platform are perishable goods. Hence, we recommend that you read the instructions written on the packaging of each Item carefully, before using such a Item.

Order Cancellation
A Customer can opt to cancel an order within 30 minutes for the order placed either online or by calling our customer service and receive refund of advance paid if any. However, customers can’t cancel the order once the item is dispatched from Mimart. This is not applicable for Express delivery orders since those are processed and shipped immediately. IRTPL reserves the right to cancel any order at its discretion based on product availability or if it suspects any fraudulent transaction by a customer or breaches the terms & conditions of using the platform.
Return & Refunds
IRTPL believes in 100% Customer satisfaction and "no questions asked return and refund policy" for issues relating to quality or freshness of its supplies. Customers may request for a refund/replacement within 24 hours of delivery of the products in case of any quality issues. The mode of refund shall be as determined by IRTPL from time to time, such as, credit to Zak/ Wallet, or to the original payment source. However, considering the order value and challenges to refund for cash on delivery orders in particular, the refunds will be applied to the subsequent purchases or credited to Customers Wallet account.
